- Caring for people is our highest priority after submission to God. We seek to express the compassion and love of Jesus Christ by loving people and caring for them in spiritual and practical ways. John 15:12 – 13, Romans 12:9 – 10, Philippians 2:1 – 4
- We strive to remain culturally relevant and approachable with a come as you are mentality. We desire to reflect the heart of God in word and deed causing a desire for others to know Him. 1 Corinthians 9:19-23
- We desire to accept into our fellowship anyone who is seeking to know God’s will for his or her life. God’s mercy always triumphs over judgment. James 2:12 – 13
- The equipping of every believer for life and ministry, expressed through an emphasis on releasing people to minister. Ephesians 4:11 – 13
- The desire to share and be generous stewards of all blessings that the Lord has given to us. 2 Corinthians 8:7, 2 Corinthians 9:6
- The establishing of a community of believers and an environment in which it is safe to risk and experiment in new areas of ministry. Galatians 5:22 – 26, 1 Corinthians 12:27 – 31
